Caregiver & Family Support
You Don't Have to Figure Out Every Next Step on Your Own.
When someone you love needs more care, having information is not always enough. Families can receive recommendations from physicians, facilities, social workers, insurers, and other professionals and still be left wondering:
What does all of this mean for us, and what should we do next?
NextGen Public Health Consultancy provides one-on-one education and coaching to help caregivers and families better understand complex health information, prepare for important conversations, identify practical next steps, and navigate changing care needs with greater clarity and confidence.
Caring for someone you love can quickly become complicated.
You may be trying to understand changing health needs, coordinate responsibilities with family members, prepare for a medical appointment, determine what questions to ask, understand unfamiliar terminology, or simply figure out how to continue caregiving without neglecting your own well-being. The challenge is often not a complete lack of information. It is making sense of the information you already have and turning it into practical next steps.
These sessions provide a structured space to slow down, organize what is happening, identify your most important questions, and develop an actionable plan for what comes next.

Public Health Expertise. Practical Guidance for Real Families.
I'm Bradley Fevrier, Ph.D., CHES, a public health educator, consultant, author, and Certified Health Education Specialist with experience across health education, health promotion, emergency medical services, higher education, and applied public health practice.
Much of my work focuses on a problem families encounter every day: having information does not necessarily mean having clarity.
Healthcare systems can provide families with diagnoses, instructions, resources, and recommendations. But someone still has to make sense of that information, prepare the right questions, communicate with others involved in care, and determine what comes next.
My role is to help you do that more effectively.
What I Bring to the Conversation
Health education expertise — translating complex health information into language people can understand and use.
Public health perspective — looking beyond a single decision to the family, caregiver, communication, and system factors affecting what happens next.
Practical implementation — helping turn information and recommendations into realistic next steps.
Respect for your role — providing education and structured guidance without replacing your healthcare professionals or making decisions for your family.
The goal is not to make decisions for you. It is to help you become better prepared to make and participate in the decisions that are yours.
A Clear Scope of Support
Caregiver & Family Support services are educational and coaching-based. They are designed to help you understand information, prepare questions, strengthen communication, organize concerns, and identify practical next steps.
These services do not provide medical care, diagnosis or treatment, psychotherapy, legal or financial advice, clinical case management, or individualized medical recommendations. Questions about diagnosis, treatment, medications, or clinical decisions should be directed to the appropriate licensed healthcare professional.
You May Not Control Everything That's Happening. But You Can Be Better Prepared for What Comes Next.
Get structured, practical support to help you understand what is happening, prepare for important conversations, and identify your next steps with greater clarity.
